You are cordially invited to attend a BOOK DONATION OPEN DAY on Friday, 27 March 2015.
We have a range of adult literature books which can be used in your organisation or sold in a sale to raise funds.
Please note: There are no children’s titles.
Documentation you need to bring on the day:
· NPO Certificate
· BEE Rate Card
· A printed letter of thanks / acknowledgement on your organisations’ letterhead addressed to Leigh Jackman
· Should you not be a registered NPO please just bring along a letter of thanks.
All of the above information is required by our BEE regulation board and books cannot be given away without it. Due to this, we have to implement the “no paperwork no books” rule.
