Exclusive Books Warehouse Sale 2016 Golden Ticket Competition

Stand a chance to win one of only ten Golden Tickets to the 2016 Warehouse Sale!

This ticket will entitle the winners to enter the sale at 12pm on 24 August for one full hour as well as get their first 5 books for free! That means all ten winners will have the entire sale to themselves as we finish setting up, no queues, no rush, just rows and rows of books and a full hour to browse them in peace (plus 5 free books each).

So how do you get your hands on a Golden Ticket? We want to know why your personal library deserves a Golden Ticket shopping spree. Simply send us a video on Instagram (or post one on Youtube and send us the link) of you telling us why your personal library needs the Golden Ticket.

Be as creative as possible! A 20 second video clip of your half empty bookshelf with violins playing in the background won’t win you the ticket. But showing us how a pile of cookery books for R35 each will help get you through chef school, how proving to your wife that you CAN spend wisely will save your marriage, or spelling out a message to us using the books on your bookshelf just might earn you a ticket! #IGotItForR35

To enter you need to post your video to our Instagram account (@exclusivebooks) or send a link to your Youtube video to socialmedia@exclusives.co.za before 12pm on Monday 22 August.

Terms and Conditions:

Please note that the following Terms and Conditions for Exclusive Books and www.exclusivebooks.co.za online competitions may vary according to the specific competition and may change from time to time to reflect new policies.

  • Competition runs from 15 August 2016 till 12pm on 22 August 2016 and no late entries will be accepted.
  • Winners will be announced at 4pm on 22 August.
  • Travel to and from the sale will be at the winners own cost. Winners must be able to attend the sale from 12pm till 1pm on 24 August 2016 at 31 Commerce Crescent, Kramerville, Sandton.
  • Winners will be required to produce some form of proof of identity to gain entry (Fanatics cards will not be accepted as a form of proof of identity, but may be used during ringing up your sale in order to get your Fanatics points).
  • This prize is not transferable. If you are unable to attend for any reason the prize will be awarded to a runner-up from the list of entrants.
  • Prizes may only be claimed by winners who live in South Africa.
  • Winners have 48 hours to claim their prizes. If the prize is not claimed, it will go to the runners-up.
  • If you have won an www.exclusivebooks.co.za or Exclusive Books competition within the last 30 days, you will not be eligible for the prize draw.
  • The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Exclusive Books reserves the right to change the prize.
  • Staff members of Exclusive Books and members of their immediate families are not eligible to win.
  • By entering the competition, you agree to receive notification announcing the winner(s), once the draw has been made.
  • Competitions are subject to www.exclusivebooks.co.za’s general Terms and Conditions.
