Fallen by Karin Slaughter tells the story of Special Agent Faith Mitchell who returns home to a nightmare. Expecting to find her mother minding Faith’s new baby daughter Emma, she is horrified to discover Emma locked in the shed, her mother’s safe open, her gun missing and a trail of blood to the front door. Without waiting for back-up, Faith enters the house to a scene of carnage. It has been torn apart and a man lies dead in a pool of blood. She stumbles across two more intruders, and within minutes they too are shot dead. And when the Atlanta police force turns up, Faith has some difficult questions to answer. But she has some desperate questions of her own. What were the killers searching for?

    Dear Sir/Madam
I have just come from Brooklyn Mall to the Winter Book Sale and at 7h30 there is no-one to help us. We were told that they only come there at 9h00. Why is this so? Your add says from 7h30. Can you please find out why they only get there so late? I also would like to know why emails are not sent out to the Fanatics Members anymore to alert them of the up and coming book sales? If I never read the Pretoria News on Wednesday evening I would not have know about the book sale. I am an avid Fanatics member and feel totally disconserted regarding this matter.
    Kind regards
    Karen

      Dear Karen,

There was a misprint in the press release that the sale started at 7:30 each day. However, only the opening day was at 7:30 for the Fanatics preview. We do apologise for the miscommunication. We did send out a bulk mailer the week before, perhaps you have not yet subscribed to our mailers, or accidentally unsubscribed? You can change your Fanatics settings online, simply by logging in to Exclus1ves.co.za and changing your settings in your profile, on the top left corner of the site.
I hope this clears everything up. Please do not hesitate to contact me on socialmedia@exclusives.co.za if you have any further queries.
      Regards,
      Zoe
