CUSTOMER LIAISON OFFICER
Exclusive Books Head Office – Rosebank

We have a vacancy for a Customer Liaison Officer at our Head office in Rosebank, Johannesburg.

Outputs for the Job
 Handling of Fanatics queries and complaints & updating the Fanatics database
 Accept all client calls and aim to assist in any way possible
 Maintain relationships and open communication with stores
 Assisting in dealing with Nu Metro complaints and following up on them
 Assisting Data Capturers in capturing and verifying Fanatics application forms
 Assisting Outbound Call Centre Agents in verifying Fanatics application forms
 Assisting with the dissemination of Fanatics Communications
 Assisting Exclus1ves.co.za with online orders.
 Must be available for work on Saturdays

Minimum Educational Qualifications: Matric/ NQF level 4

Knowledge Skills Attributes
 Interest in books
 Good telephone etiquette
 Computer literate
 Approachable
 Good general knowledge (art, music, etc.)
 Strong Customer Focus
 People orientated
 Knowledge of sales procedures
 Ability to work under pressure
 Experience in Retail Environment preferable
 Excellent communication skills
 Organised
 Ability to work overtime
 Attention to detail
 Ability to work under pressure
 Previous experience in handling customer complaints
